Returns

Ammunition is a regulated hazardous material, so returns work a little differently.

Unopened product

Factory-sealed ammunition and components may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or refund of the item price. Return shipping must be arranged through us so it is labeled correctly — contact support before sending anything back.

Damaged or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We cover return freight and ship a replacement or refund in full.

Non-returnable

Opened ammunition, powder and primers cannot be returned for safety reasons. Shipping, handling and signature fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
